EXCLUSIVE: CM PUNK STILL ON THE ROSTER?

CM Punk's contract "expired" @ Midnight of July 17th heading into July 18th. WWE.COM is usually completely up to task with things. But something very interesting is going on. We're in the second day of CM Punk being "gone"... something is obviously fishy here....

Notice anything weird? I do. Not to mention, EVERYTHING is there. Considering his name is "not welcome in the company anymore" and they were quick to get rid of him when he was suspended and not to mention, he's still WWE Champion. When they hold a Tournament for the Championship, doesn't that mean it's vacated effectively?... what does this mean? I know it's not done as a one off. Is this confirmation of what we all suspect?
